Shipping policy

Please note that VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in shipping rates. For countries outside Israel , your order may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. The customer is responsible to pay it off once the package reached its destination

Shipping inside Israel will be processed and shipped within 21 business days.

International shipping will be supplied and delivered within 30 business days.

Shipping of customized products / different sizes which are not in stock , will add 14 business days in addition of shipping items mentioned above.

When your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a notification. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping times are estimated only and not guaranteed. The artist is not responsible for any possible delays.
